寒冷地區既有居住建筑外圍護結構改造節能優化研究

    摘要:以鄭州地區某既有居住建筑為對象建立模型,應用DeST-H進行建筑能耗模擬分析,研究應用模塑聚苯板、擠塑聚苯板、聚氨酯泡沫板及石墨聚苯板4種保溫材料在不同厚度下節能改造方案對建筑能耗的影響,進一步綜合考慮外窗和屋面的節能改造,并結合經濟性分析,提供合理的外圍護結構改造方案,為寒冷地區既有居住建筑節能改造提供參考。

Optimization research on renovation of existing residential building envelope in cold area

    Abstract:An existing residential building in Zhengzhou is used as a model building to analysis the effect of building energy by the use of four kinds of insulation materials,such as molding of polystyrene(EPS)and extruded polystyrene(XPS),polyurethane (PU) foam and graphite polystyrene(SEPS) in different thickness,calculated by the use of DeST-H. Further comprehensive considering the renovation of windows and roofs,and the analysis of economic,to provide reasonable renovation schemes of building envelope and provide basis for the cold areas existing residential building energy-saving renovation.
