催化劑對泡沫混凝土性能及微觀結構的影響

    摘要:研究了催化劑種類[MnO2、Fe2O3、CuCl2、Ca(ClO)2]和摻量對泡沫混凝土干密度、抗壓強度、吸水率的影響,并通過掃描電子顯微鏡觀察泡沫混凝土的微觀結構。結果表明,催化劑摻量相同時,MnO2對泡沫混凝土的性能影響最為顯著,其次是Fe2O3、CuCl2、Ca(ClO)2。催化劑的加入使得泡沫混凝土的干密度減小、抗壓強度降低、吸水率增大。催化劑改善了泡沫混凝土的微觀結構,使其氣孔形狀更加規則、分布更為均勻,其中MnO2的改善效果最好。

Effects of catalysts on the mechanical properties and microstructures of foam concrete

    Abstract:The influence of catalysts on the dry density,compressive strength and water absorption of foam concrete were studied through changing the type and the dosage of the catalysts [MnO2、Fe2O3、CuCl2、Ca(ClO)2] and the microstructure of foam concrete was observed by SEM. The results showed that when the same amount of catalyst was added,the MnO2 had the most significant effect on the performance of foamed concrete,followed by Fe2O3,CuCl2 and Ca(ClO)2. At the same time,the addition of catalyst made the dry density of foam concrete decreased,the compressive strength decreased and the water absorption increased. The use of catalysts can effectively improve the microstructure of foam concrete and make the shape of pores more regular and more evenly distributed,among which MnO2 has the best effect.
