Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from, in accordance with the policies outlined below.

In-store purchases made between February 1st-March 31st have an extended 120 days from date of purchase to return items.

Online purchases made between February 1st-May 15th have an extended 60 days from date of shipment to return items.

Please be advised that online purchases made after May 15th will resume back to the 30-day return policy from date of shipment. Returns for in-store purchases will resume to our 30-day policy when stores reopen.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return. Price adjustments may be made within 10 days of shipment date.

Once applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee of $8.00 per label, to be deducted from your total refund.


To return an international order, please email [email protected] with your name, email and order number, noting the items you wish to return, including product number, size and description, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You will receive an email with instructions for returning the parcel along with details on the amount you will be refunded. Please allow 24 hours for the prepaid label to be processed and sent via email.

If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original price paid in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order less the costs of shipping, taxes and duties.
